INDUCTION COOKTOPS
The coil produces a high-frequency electromagnetic field which penetrates the iron or steel pan and generates heat. Heat generation stops as soon as the pan is removed from the element, or it is switched off. With induction there is no waste of stored or residual heat, and practically all the energy is used to heat the pan. Also, there is no waiting for elements to heat up; full power is available immediately. Bertazzoni induction cooktops also feature one of the category leading broadcast ranges. As a result, cookware with slightly uneven bottom sections, will not diminish the advantageous of fast, immediate heat up times. With their touch-controls, the cooking zones are arranged to make it easy to prepare a wide range of different dishes very quickly with minimal energy output. Special functions include a booster and a pot detection system.
ELECTRIC CONVECTION OVEN
The extra-wide oven with heat-assisted convection fan and full-width broiler provides balanced air flow and even heat distribution.
SOFT MOTION DOOR
The soft-motion oven door is specially designed and carefully balanced for easy opening and smooth closing with one hand.
